*Assuming completion of the PPL licence at 70 hrs, an additional 65 hours solo time would be required after the above. If the solo was completed in a CLAA C172 the average additional cost would be $9750.00. Average total cost of the required solo, solo build and dual hours would be $22,837.00** for the CPL licence based on Canadian National Averages.

Many students will complete a Multi and Multi IFR rating as part of the 35 hour dual requirement, this will change the above estimate but could further a students chances of being hired upon completion of the CPL rating.
